Nice to meet you, i’m Rolene Anante!

I was born in the magical land of Johannesburg, South Africa, and my life’s work has been shaped by a deep devotion to healing and transformation. A profound turning point came 27 years ago when Brandon Bays, creator of The Journey, brought his work to Johannesburg. At the time, I was living in Gaborone, Botswana, when a friend called and said, “You have to learn this work. You will save your sister.” It was a moment that changed the course of my life.

With no bookshops in Botswana at the time, my friend couriered The Journey book across borders to me. I read it, completed the process at the back of the book, and felt an undeniable inner shift. What began as a personal experience became a calling. I went on to complete two and a half years of Journey training, including 7 modules and extensive case studies.

Over the years, my work has expanded into a multidimensional healing practice, integrating Journey work, Reiki, EFT, coaching, and end-of-life support. I gently guide clients into deep emotional and cellular-level healing, supporting transformation, release, and a return to wholeness.

FUN FACT:

As you can see, the flower all over my website is called a protea. This is a powerful spiritual flower that symbolizes transformation, resilience, and the courage to become one’s true self. Native to South Africa, where it has evolved for millions of years in some of the harshest landscapes, it carries deep ancestral wisdom and adaptability. As someone born in South Africa, the protea holds deep meaning for me. It reflects my roots and the essence of my work—honoring growth through change, inner strength and the divine knowledge of the body.

  • Journey Work & Guided Imagery
    Gently guides you into the subconscious to uncover and release emotional imprints, unresolved experiences, and inner narratives stored beneath the surface, allowing healing to occur at the cellular level.

    EFT Tapping
    Uses light tapping on specific meridian points to calm the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and support the release of stored stress and trauma.

    Energy Healing/Reiki
    Works with the body’s energetic field to clear stagnation, restore balance, and support a sense of alignment, flow, and inner harmony.

    Intuitive Counseling
    A heart-centered, present-moment dialogue that blends deep listening with intuitive insight to help bring clarity, awareness, and emotional integration.

  • Every session is unique and guided by what’s most needed in the moment. Some sessions may focus on calming the nervous system; for example, soothing anxiety through EFT tapping while others may need a gentle, open space for deeper trauma or long-held patterns to surface and be released. Because this work is guided by your infinite body intelligence and wisdom, nothing ever comes up that you’re not ready to deal with.

    Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, with a 90-minute session recommended for first-time clients to allow time to get to know one another, establish trust, and fully settle into the process.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. The timeline depends on what you’re ready to work through, the depth of what’s being explored, and how your system responds to the process. Some people notice subtle shifts early on, while for others, change unfolds more gradually. Healing and growth are not linear so we continue the work for as long as it feels supportive, moving at a pace that honors your readiness, and we naturally separate when you feel grounded, empowered, and complete in your process.
